The Tapered Implant site dilators are used to create or enlarge an osteotomy in soft maxillary bone. These instruments compress the bone laterally rather than
removing valuable bone from the surgical site, creating a more dense bone-to-implant interface. The Tapered site dilators match the geometry of the Tapered Surgical Drills and are used sequentially until the desired osteotomy is developed.
